Lunar Footwear is landing on Manly Corso and we’re looking for energetic, friendly and customer-obsessed people to join our new team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves people, fashion, footwear and creating an exceptional retail experience. We are looking for team members who are confident, friendly and genuinely enjoy helping customers find products they love.

THE ROLE

As a Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operation of the store.

You will be a key part of creating a welcoming, relaxed and enjoyable environment for both local customers and visitors to Manly.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Deliver warm, friendly and personalised customer service
- Understand customer needs and assist customers with finding their perfect fit and style
- Develop solid product knowledge across our footwear and lifestyle ranges
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to keep the store looking fresh, organised and on-brand
- Replenishing stock and helping unpack and organise deliveries
- Processing sales and using our POS system
- Supporting the team with opening and closing duties
- Work collaboratively with the wider team




- Bringing great energy to the store every shift

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Naturally friendly, energetic and confident talking to anyone
- Customer-obsessed and genuinely loves helping people
- Sales-driven and motivated to achieve results
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Organised and able to multitask in a busy retail environment
- Quick to learn and willing to develop strong product knowledge

Prior retail experience is a preferred, but not essential. If you’ve got the right attitude, we’ll teach you the rest.
