APM Ariane Prette Monaco in Melbourne is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager / Store Supervisor to lead our Melbourne boutique. You will drive performance and profitability while ensuring the team delivers exceptional client service.

With 5+ years in luxury/fashion retail and at least 2 years in a managerial role, you will mentor staff, analyse KPIs, manage rostering, and contribute to visual merchandising and CRM. Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.
