Looking for a hands-on role that's a little different?

Briteway Australia is looking for a reliable, safety-focused person to join our high-access team. This is a genuine, ongoing permanent full-time position, offering the security and benefits that come with permanent employment.

Previous high-rise window cleaning experience isn't required – we'll provide the training you need to develop the skills to work safely and confidently at height.

We're looking for people with the right attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in learning specialist skills.

What you'll be doing

Working alongside our experienced high-access team across commercial buildings and client sites, you'll learn specialist window cleaning and high-access techniques.

Your work will include:

- Commercial and high-rise window cleaning
- Working from Building Maintenance Units (BMUs)
- Operating Elevated Work Platforms (EWPs)
- Working safely at heights
- Using specialist equipment and cleaning techniques
- Completing required safety procedures and equipment checks

As your training and experience develop, you'll have the opportunity to take on more technical high-access work.

Training and development

We'll provide the required training for your role, and you'll be paid while completing it .

You'll work alongside experienced team members while developing practical high-access skills and completing the relevant training, licenses and site requirements.

- Can meet the screening and site-access requirements relevant to our client locations
