What you’ll be doing
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio
- Co-ordinating with rental providers, renters and contractors
- Co-ordinate maintenance requests, rent reviews and lease renewals
- Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act and other relevant property management legislation
- VCAT as required
What we’re looking for
- Experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager
- An Agents Representative Certificate
- Strong knowledge of residential tenancy laws and property management regulations in Victoria
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
- Outstanding communication skills, with a skilled and empathetic approach to dealing with Rental Providers and Renters.
- Proficiency with PropertyMe, Inspection Express
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations professionally
- A proactive approach to customer service and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Current driver's licence and reliable car
