Residence at the potter in Melbourne is seeking a senior CDP to lead a busy day shift, 7:30/8:00–16:00, five days a week. The role focuses on prep in the morning, setting up cake cabinet and sandwich offerings, and a busy lunch service from 11am.

The ideal candidate will manage a station, maintain quality, supervise junior kitchen staff, control stock and waste, uphold HACCP, and communicate effectively with the team during peak service.
