Beston Group in Melbourne seeks an experienced HR Officer to support day-to-day HR across Hallam and Tullamarine operations. This hands-on role focuses on employee relations, investigations, contract negotiation, and safety in a rapid-paced construction and trades environment.

You will work closely with management and staff, handling conflicts, onboarding and development, and ensuring compliance with Victorian OHS.
