McCormick Foods Australia is seeking a Customer Service Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is full time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm, based in Australia. You will process customer orders, collaborate with Demand and Warehouse teams and manage returns and enquiries.
The successful candidate will handle customer communications via phone, email and social platforms, build stakeholder relationships, and use SAP, Word, Excel and Outlook to deliver excellent service.
