Bailey Nelson Hawthorn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help launch a brand-new store opening early November 2026. You will work with the Store Manager and Optometrist to guide customers from eye tests to frame selection and dispensing, while taking 2 days a week to lead the team and drive performance.
This full-time role includes hands-on training in optical dispensing and leadership, ongoing coaching from experienced leaders, and transparent opportunities for progression as the ANZ network
