NSW Nurses and Midwives' Association seeks an experienced leader to head our Member Rights Centre (MRC) Team. This internal expression of interest invites senior professionals to shape our member representation priorities and strategy.

In this role, you'll provide strategic leadership, develop a high-performing team, ensure timely, high-quality advice and advocacy, and identify trends to inform the Association's advocacy and strategic direction.
