White Bay is seeking a Head of Product to own the direction of a complex enterprise platform. You will lead a small Product team, partner with Engineering and Delivery, and report to the CEO as part of the Senior Leadership Team.

You will translate founder vision into an executable platform roadmap, prioritise capabilities, and balance short-term customer needs with long-term commercial value. A solid track record in B2B SaaS is essential.
