Job Description

Lead the creation of Industrial Shield, a HealthTech venture protecting industrial workers from climate-driven health risks. You will own the end-to-end build of a medical-grade wearable and data dashboard, from problem validation to MVP. This hands-on role involves shaping product vision, navigating regulatory pathways, and driving the venture toward investment readiness in a high-impact environment.

What You Will Do

- Own the end-to-end early build of the Industrial Shield venture, including MVP scoping, rapid prototyping, and iterative testing with real-world users in the field.
- Collaborate with founders to define the customer experience, pricing hypotheses, and go-to-market strategy while ensuring the product meets rigorous medical regulatory standards.
- Drive the venture through studio stage gates, using lean methodologies and evidence-backed decisions to secure future investment and strategic corporate pilot opportunities.

The ideal candidate

- Proven track record in digital health, wearables, or medical devices, with specific experience navigating regulatory clearance processes such as TGA, FDA, or CE marking.
- Strong technical mindset capable of building no-code or low-code prototypes to validate assumptions quickly and effectively before moving to full-scale engineering.
- Systems thinker who understands the integration of hardware sensors with real-time data dashboards to provide actionable health insights for enterprise safety managers.
