This is a position within our holiday management team managing your own portfolio of properties. The position is based out of our Nelson Bay office and involves a five day work week including Saturday once a month.

Qualifications & experience

- Must have recent property management or customer care experience
- Current licence or assistant agents licence required

Tasks & responsibilities

- Communication with portfolio of owners
- Routine inspections & maintenance
- Monitoring & replying to reviews
- Contemporary office in the heart of town
- Principal that actually cares about property management
