Job Description
Roshana Care Group in Melbourne seeks a Facility Manager for Macleod Aged Care to lead a multi-disciplinary team and drive high‐quality, person‐centred care.
You will own clinical, operational and financial performance in a senior leadership role, ensuring compliance, safety and continuous improvement.
The role requires RN registration with AHPRA, experience in aged care leadership, robust governance knowledge, and a calm, solutions‐focused leadership style.
