Job Description
Lancemore Alamanda Palm Cove invites an outgoing Receptionist/Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office, Sales and Banqueting teams at Alamanda Palm Cove, part of Lancemore Hotel Group.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences from reservations to departures and throughout the stay.
As a friendly ambassador for our boutique brand, you will handle check-ins/outs using our PMS, answer inquiries, upsell rooms, coordinate with departments, and support admin tasks with a proactive, can-do attitude.
