Job Description
Investa is seeking a Workplace Technology & Service Delivery Lead to own the daily tech used by staff and ensure high-quality support.
You'll manage devices, meeting rooms, AV, and MS 365, while guiding the service desk to a proactive, managed operation.
Lead a hands-on team withybrid collaboration across IT and facilities.
You'll bring 7+ years in end-user tech and IT service delivery, solid MS endpoint skills, and APAC-ready stakeholder communication.
