We are seeking an experienced SIAM Consultant (Operate) t o oversee the day-to-day management and integration of IT services across a complex multi-vendor telecommunications environment. The role will focus on operational service management, supplier governance, incident and problem management, and ensuring seamless delivery of services across multiple business applications, platforms, and technology providers.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage end-to-end IT services delivered by multiple vendors and support teams.
- Govern ITIL processes including Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
- Monitor and report on SLA, KPI, and operational performance metrics.
- Facilitate service review meetings and drive vendor accountability.
- Lead service restoration activities and cross-functional issue resolution.
- Identify and drive continual service improvement initiatives.
- Manage operational risks, escalations, and service dependencies.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, application teams, infrastructure teams,



and service providers.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years' experience in SIAM, IT Service Management, Service Delivery, or IT Operations.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and operational governance.
- Experience supporting complex environments with multiple applications, platforms, and vendors.
- Strong stakeholder, supplier, and vendor management skills.
- Experience managing operational service performance, SLA reporting, and service improvement plans.
- Ability to coordinate across application, infrastructure, cloud, network, and support teams.

Technical Skills

- Working knowledge of enterprise applications and digital platforms.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of:
- Cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
- Integration platforms and APIs
- Network and infrastructure services
- Telecommunications operational environments
- Ability to interpret service dashboards, operational metrics, and incident trends.

Preferred Experience

- Telecommunications industry experience preferred but not essential.
- Experience working in a multi-vendor managed services workplace.
- SIAM Foundation and/or ITIL certification highly desirable.

Ideal Candidate

A solid operational SIAM professional with a blend of IT service management expertise, technical understanding of enterprise applications, vendor governance experience, and stakeholder management skills, capable of driving service excellence across a complex telecommunications technology landscape.
