Our client is a reputable commercial/apartment builder with a strong pipeline of work across Victoria. We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a 5-level apartment project in Essendon

This is a well-structured project with strong systems, consultant engagement and head office support already in place — ideal for a Site Manager who enjoys ownership and delivery.

About The Role

You will take full responsibility for on-site delivery, driving safety, program and quality outcomes while leading subcontractors and site teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Managing all day-to-day site activities on a multi-storey apartment build
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and inspections
- Driving safety, quality and program performance




- Working closely with the Project Manager and broader delivery team
- Maintaining a skilled, high-performing site culture

About You

- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or multi-storey apartment projects
- Strong understanding of structure, services coordination and sequencing
- Confident, hands-on leadership style
- Strong safety-first mindset
- Trade background or relevant construction qualification preferred
