Job Description:

- Strong experience as a Technical Architect / Solution Architect / Cloud Architect in banking, payments or financial services.
- Strong Australian banking and cards/payments domain knowledge .
- Extensive experience with Microservices architecture .
- Solid cloud architecture experience, preferably AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Solid hands‑on knowledge of Python .
- Strong API design, API security and integration experience.
- Strong experience with event‑driven architecture and event integration .
- Strong knowledge of MySQL and NoSQL databases .
- Strong networking and IT infrastructure architecture knowledge.
- Experience designing and implementing cloud‑to‑on‑premises connectivity .
- Experience working with firewalls, network connectivity and cybersecurity approval processes .




- Strong understanding of monitoring, logging, alerting and observability platforms.
- Experience working with external vendors and architecture/security teams to obtain technical and cybersecurity approvals.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
