What You'll Be Doing

- Lead, coach and develop a team of Claims Case Managers
- Drive high-quality claims and customer outcomes
- Provide technical guidance on complex claims matters
- Ensure compliance with legislation and business requirements
- Support performance, engagement and capability uplift
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

What You'll Bring





- Team leadership experience in Workers Compensation
- Strong knowledge of self-insurance schemes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
- Strong coaching, problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

- Relevant qualification in Health, Rehabilitation, Allied Health or similar.
