Job Description
CSC Holdings Limited in Sydney seeks a Senior Fund Accountant / Assistant Manager Fund Accountant to support fund/SPV administration for Real Estate portfolios.
You will prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts, NAV packs, and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and property managers.
The role requires 2–7 years in fund administration, a recognized accounting qualification, IFRS/AAS knowledge, and robust client service with collaboration across teams including India.
