Tibii QLD provides Supported Independent Living (SIL) support to adults with complex and high needs in Brisbane, Redlands and Bayside areas. Casual Support Workers perform in-home and community-based care, with versatile shifts and paid induction.
Team members follow participant plans, support mealtime safety and communication needs, and work to maintain dignity and independence in daily activities. Vehicle use may be required and shifts include evenings, weekends and overnights.
