THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking Chefs of all levels to join our diverse, inclusive, passionate, motivated and committed team.

SELECTION CRITERIA
- A minimum of 3 years’ hospitality experience in a similar venue
- Strong knowledge of Melbourne’s food scene
- A hands-on approach
- A passion for all things food and beverage
- A willingness to go the extra mile to provide exceptional guest experiences
- A thirst to further develop knowledge and skills
- A friendly and outgoing, can-do attitude
- A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic
- An excellent ability to plan, organise, and prioritise.
- The ability to take direction and also work autonomously
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, as required
DUTIES INCLUDE
- Pack and organise stock, including demonstrating FIFO
- Prepare and serve a variety of high quality ingredients and dishes following a standard recipe
- Demonstrate skills to butcher a variety of seafood (including shellfish) and meats
- Work in a clean, safe and hygienic manner, following standard operating procedures
- Ensure all relevant health regulations are adhered including cooking, serving and storage
- Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of seasonality, produce and processing methods
