RACV is seeking a customer service specialist in Traralgon to deliver exceptional service to members both in-store and by phone. In this blended role, you will assist with Home & Car Insurance, Emergency Assistance, Travel Insurance and attraction tickets, while supporting the Memberline Contact Centre with inbound calls.

The position starts Monday, 26 October, offers permanent full time hours (38 hours) on a 6-week cycle roster, and includes extensive training.
