At Bethanie, our work supports older Australians across the aged care sector, and the people who care for them.We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our People and Transformation team. Reporting to our Manager of Strategic Change this role will support a wide range of projects. - Permanent role, working full-time hours based in our Perth office
- Flexible working arrangements fully supported, including opportunity to work from home. We work a minimum of 3 days in the office or on site per week.

About the role

We are looking for someone who can:

- Lead the planning and delivery of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring a consistent and structured approach to project management.
- Design and coordinate governance frameworks, including executive and steering committee reporting, to support effective decision-making and compliance.
- Monitor project performance, milestones and outcomes, providing clear, insight-driven updates to stakeholders and the Executive Leadership Team.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to drive collaboration and successful project delivery.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues and interdependencies, implementing mitigation strategies and escalation pathways where required.
- Manage project budgets and support the successful embedding of change through communications, training and post-implementation support.

About you





You are a proactive hands-on project management professional with strong organisational skills. You’re comfortable working with diverse teams and can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. You will also bring:

- Proven experience managing complex programs with multiple workstreams, timelines and deliverables.
- Experience leading policy, procedure and process improvement initiatives within a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, risk management and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and drive collaboration.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budget management, expenditure tracking and reporting.
- Highly developed analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver outcomes to tight deadlines.
