Job Description
UnitingCare Queensland seeks a Child and Family Practitioner to deliver holistic support to vulnerable children, young people and families within the Family Intervention Service in Ipswich.
You'll address needs of each family member, supporting those at risk of out-of-home care or reunification after care.
You will work with families in their homes, delivering practical and emotional support, enabling informed decisions about their future, with a focus on safety and family wellbeing.
