Hunter Recent England Local Health District – Waratah NSW is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner.
Based at Waratah Campus, you will deliver HR advisory services to managers, support staff through performance management and organisational changes, and contribute to HR metrics and engagement initiatives.
You will join a four‐person People & Culture team, reporting to the manager, with responsibilities spanning coaching, investigations and stakeholder partnerships across a large health district.
