Pearl Recruitment is seeking an organised and approachable Administration / Customer Service Officer for an established business in Bibra Lake.
You'll support the administration team with a mix of day-to-day tasks, and training will be provided.
This is a temp-to-perm prospect, offering the chance to secure a permanent position for the right person.

Based in Bibra Lake

The role:
Assist with purchasing and general administrative tasks
Help coordinate events and other team activities
Enter and maintain information accurately
Respond to enquiries and support the wider team as needed
About you:
Previous administration or customer service experience




Good communication and attention to detail
Comfortable with data entry, Microsoft Office and learning current systems
Organised, reliable and happy to help across a range of tasks
Experience with purchasing, purchase orders or event coordination would be a bonus, but isn't essential as training will be provided
