BaptistCare is seeking a Refresh Retreat Program Facilitator to deliver dementia respite retreats and support carers across greater Sydney and surrounding areas.
You will coordinate logistics, lead retreat teams and ensure protected, person-centred experiences for participants.You'll work four days a week (Mon–Thu) with retreats facilitated Tue–Thu, and be part of a values-driven Home Care team dedicated to wellbeing, connection and quality improvement in dementia care.
