The Interior Designer role is based in Richmond, Victoria, reporting to the Founder. You will assist with creating high-quality room designs while supporting the Founder and Sales & Marketing Director with administration duties. The role combines design, sales, and administrative responsibilities, with an initial focus of 70% Design & Sales work, 20% Admin, and 10% other ad hoc tasks. The role includes a company car.

Key responsibilities

Creating technical designs in Revit (bathrooms, kitchens, laundries etc)

Preparing project and finishes schedules

Fittings & fixtures selections

Drafting plans & elevations

Presenting designs back to clients in the Indulge showroom

Taking clients through product selection (at the Indulge & supplier showrooms)

In home consultations with clients

Preparing detailed quotations and concept floor plans

Data entry into Hubspot CRM and contract administration

About you

Proficiency with Revit, Hubspot, Gmail,



Slack, and Google Drive

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Resilience and ability to cope under high pressure situations

Ability to take on feedback and handle responsibility from start to finish

Passion for learning and improving knowledge & skills

Flexibility to change as the role evolves over time
