About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC2) to join our dedicated Chronic & Complex Care Team.

In this rewarding role, you will deliver person-centred, evidence-based care to clients living with chronic pain, providing assessment, education and self-management support across outpatient clinics, group programs, telehealth and selected inpatient services. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will help improve health outcomes while empowering patients to better manage their condition.

Beyond direct clinical care, you will contribute to service development, quality improvement, education and research initiatives, while providing clinical leadership, supervision and support to staff and students. You'll be backed by a comprehensive orientation program, supportive managers and a highly collaborative team committed to innovation and excellence in care.
