I Am Here A Place To Be Me is seeking a dedicated disability support worker to join its not-for-profit team in Wallsend/Elermore Vale. You will provide care across group homes and community settings, supporting daily living, mobility, meals, and social participation.

The role requires a Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent, First Aid/CPR, a NSW driver licence, and the ability to coordinate activities and document progress notes.
