We’re on the lookout for an experienced and hands‑on Construction Manager to lead installation activities across our division.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You’ll play a key leadership role supporting Site Supervisors and Subcontractors, while driving a strong safety-first culture.
About the Role
Reporting into the business, you will oversee day‑to‑day site operations and provide technical guidance across projects. This is a leadership role where you’ll balance safety, compliance, people management, and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion and promote a strong safety-first culture, ensuring all works comply with WH&S; legislation and internal procedures
- Manage customer relationships and sales opportunity's
- Monitor, report, and manage HSE performance, incidents, and corrective actions
- Lead, support, and develop Site Supervisors and Subcontractors
- Provide technical guidance on building codes, design, and installation practices
- Ensure all installations meet quality, compliance, and customer expectations
- Work closely with internal teams to support design, estimation, and project delivery
- Assist in training and onboarding of Product Installers
- Manage workloads and resolve escalations effectively
About You
- Proven experience in the construction industry (residential preferred)
- Strong knowledge of WH&S; / OHS standards and obligations
- Ability to read and interpret building plans and technical drawings
- Solid understanding of building codes and compliance requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Holds a valid driver’s licence and White Card
- Relevant trade or state licences (highly regarded)
