Mind Australia Limited is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Support Worker for the Haven residences in Colac on a permanent part time basis. The role covers a 24/7 rotating roster with sleepover shifts, delivering recovery-oriented supports and helping clients develop daily living skills.

You will work within a 7-days-a-week service, providing person-centred care and collaborating with families and carers to foster independence and social connection in the community.
