Central Coast NSW | Initially Full-Time, transitioning to 3 days per week

We are seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Officer to join an established education and training organisation on the Central Coast.

This role would suit someone with recent experience working within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and a solid understanding of VET quality and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting RTO quality and regulatory compliance
- Reviewing policies, procedures and compliance documentation
- Reviewing training and assessment documentation
- Supporting audits, quality reviews and continuous improvement
- Identifying compliance gaps and assisting with rectification
- Maintaining compliance records and supporting evidence




- Providing compliance support and guidance to management and staff

To be considered, you will ideally have:

- A Training and Assessment qualification
- Recent experience within an RTO
- Sound knowledge of VET and RTO compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience with ASQA registration or rectification processes would be highly regarded
- Community education experience would be advantageous but is not essential

Hours: Initially Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, transitioning to approximately 3 days per week.
