NRMA Parks and Resorts is seeking a commercially minded Digital Performance Manager - Search on a 12-month maternity leave contract, to lead the performance, strategy and future direction of search across NRMA Parks & Resorts.

This role partners with specialist agencies to own the search roadmap across SEO, SEM and emerging AI-powered experiences, driving bookings and revenue for our portfolio of holiday parks and resorts.
