Reporting to the Mine Manager, you will drive safety, production targets, and workforce leadership on a daily basis.This role focuses on overseeing underground activities, mentoring crews, and contributing to continuous improvement in a energetic underground operation.
A hands-on leader with solid safety culture is essential.
