Guzman y Gomez Bundall is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for a high-volume drive-thru on Bundall Road, on the Gold Coast. The role runs from 5:00am to midnight (Mon-Thu) and 24 hours Fri-Sun, covering in-store, drive-thru, takeaway, app/website orders and delivery platforms.
You will lead a team, uphold standards for speed, accuracy, quality and cleanliness, and drive app uptake and local marketing while managing stock, payroll, and safety across shifts.
