This senior, hands-on role shapes how customer data becomes richer intelligence and more personalised experiences.You'll lead strategy and solution design, manage a team of three Audience Specialists, and work with Lumos, our data warehouse, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to analyse datasets, shape segmentation, and drive customer intelligence.
