Philips is seeking a Remote Service Engineer to join our North Ryde team, focusing on Digital Xray (DXR) devices.
You will deliver high-touch, remote-first technical support, performing initial remote diagnosis and guiding customers through DXR-related inquiries.You will collaborate with Technical Support, Technology and Service teams to deliver a consistent customer experience, manage cases, and ensure rapid, first-time fixes where possible.
