Q-CTRL is seeking a Financial Accountant to join our Sydney-based finance team. This hands-on role covers day-to-day accounting, payroll, and month-end close across global entities. You will partner with stakeholders, ensure timely reporting, and contribute to process improvements in a rapid-growing startup.

You will bring at least 3 years in GL accounting, a relevant accounting degree, and IFRS knowledge. Experience with ERP systems like Campfire and Ramp, plus Google Sheets/Excel, is essential.
