FOOTT is a regional Victorian waste and resource recovery provider seeking a Fleet Manager to lead our B2B fleet operations. You will build and coach a team of drivers and a Fleet Scheduler, ensuring secure, efficient service delivery and continuous improvement across logistics.

Reporting to the Head of Logistics, you’ll drive scheduling, resource allocation, safety performance and operational outcomes while collaborating with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders to improve productivity
