The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team across South West and Western Sydney.

As a Support Worker, you will play an important role in helping people live the life they choose. You will work alongside participants, their families and support networks to deliver personalised, high-quality support that promotes independence, builds skills and strengthens community connections.

What You'll Do

You may provide support in a range of areas, including:

- Personal care and daily living assistance
- Medication assistance and monitoring
- Meal preparation and household support
- Community access,



social participation and recreational activities
- Building independence, confidence and life skills
- Supporting communication, positive behaviour and goal achievement
- Implementing behaviour support strategies where required
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting
- Working collaboratively with families, allied health professionals and other support services
- Promoting participant choice, rights, dignity and decision-making

Our community homes are located in:

- Horsley Park
- Bossley Park
- Carnes Hill

- Are available to work across a 24-hour, 7-day roster

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
- Current Australian Driver Licence (P1 or above)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Full Australian working rights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine commitment to supporting people with disability to achieve their goals
- An understanding of person-led support, inclusion and safeguarding practices
