John Holland Group is seeking experienced Precast Shift Managers to lead the protected, efficient operation of our precast facilities in the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide. You will oversee production, safety, quality and industrial relations across shifts to meet project standards for the Torrens to Darlington Alliance.

The role requires hands-on leadership in large-scale precast manufacturing, with collaboration across production, engineering, quality, safety and maintenance teams to ensure targets
