The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Business Resilience Manager to join our growing Sydney team.

This role is suited to consultants and resilience professionals with 2-5 years' experience who are ready to take ownership of client engagements, lead workshops and advisory activities, and work directly with senior stakeholders to solve complex resilience challenges.

You will be responsible for managing and delivering consulting engagements across business continuity, crisis management,



operational resilience and exercising services while maintaining robust client relationships and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Business Resilience Manager, you will:

Independently scope, plan and deliver client engagements from initiation through to completion.

Act as the primary point of contact for allocated client engagements.

Facilitate Business Impact Analysis workshops, resilience assessments, training programs and crisis simulation exercises.

Develop and review business continuity plans, crisis management frameworks, operational resilience programs and supporting documentation.

Provide practical and strategic advice to client stakeholders across resilience and risk disciplines.

Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and delivery outcomes.

Identify and manage project risks, issues and scope changes.

Develop high-quality reports, executive presentations, plans, frameworks and client deliverables.

Coordinate project activities and support consulting team members assigned to engagements.

Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services and support future work.

Contribute to proposal development, tenders and scope-of-work documentation.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:





3-5 years' experience in consulting, business continuity, operational resilience, crisis management, emergency management, risk management or a related discipline.

Experience coordinating and delivering client projects or consulting engagements.

Demonstrated workshop facilitation experience with stakeholder groups and clients.

Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

Strong project management and organisational capability.

Ability to translate complex issues into practical business solutions.

Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

Confidence engaging with executives, managers and operational teams.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent engagements.

Highly Regarded

Business Continuity Institute (CBCI or MBCI) certification.

Qualifications or certifications in operational resilience, crisis management, emergency management, risk management or project management.

Experience developing or facilitating exercising programs, simulations or training activities.
