Repco Grafton is seeking a Retail Team Leader to guide showroom presentation and drive merchandising excellence. You will lead a small team, manage planograms and promotions, and ensure our displays meet high standards for customers and brand consistency.
The role runs Tuesday to Saturday, requires experience in large-format retail, solid multitasking, and a proactive safety mindset. A valid driver’s license (manual preferred) is an asset for occasional deliveries.
