DIESEL MECHANIC / AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY MECHANIC – FULL TIME
BM Ag Repairs is looking for a motivated and reliable Diesel Mechanic to join our team on a full time basis.
We specialise in John Deere agricultural machinery, with a strong focus on harvesters, as well as tractor and other agricultural machinery repairs.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Hardworking and takes pride in their work
- Reliable, punctual and has a good work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Shows initiative and is willing to have a go
- Has good problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Keen to learn and develop their skills
- Has a genuine interest in machinery and mechanical work
- Holds a current driver's license
A qualification in Diesel Mechanics, Heavy Vehicles or Agricultural Machinery would be ideal, but it's not essential.
Light Vehicle Mechanics encouraged to apply
If you're qualified in Light Vehicle Mechanics but have an interest in moving into heavy vehicles and agricultural machinery, we'd also love to hear from you.
This is not an apprenticeship position. However, if you have a good mechanical foundation and a genuine interest in expanding your skills, we can provide on-the-job training and experience working with heavy agricultural machinery.
It's a great opportunity to broaden your mechanical knowledge and get hands-on experience with serious machinery.
This position is based in the Wagga Wagga area; most jobs are done on farm within the Riverina region.
