Acumen Health is seeking an ADF Rehabilitation Consultant to support personnel with physical or psychological injuries, using clinical reasoning to promote recovery and return to full function.
This role focuses on holistic rehab within a multidisciplinary team, located at HMAS Watson.You will conduct functional capacity and worksite assessments, develop rehabilitation plans, collaborate with medical specialists and other providers, and monitor outcomes with a person-centred approach.
