A large-format coastal pub and hotel on the Bellarine Peninsula needs a hands-on Venue Manager.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you own how the venue feels and performs every day: guest experience, labour, COGS and standards.
Key responsibilities
Run operations across bar, bistro, functions and TAB
Drive guest satisfaction
Own labour and COGS against weekly targets
Set and hold FOH and BOH standards
Build and lead the team: roster, coach, hire
Drive our events trade
Keep the venue compliant, secure and well presented
Flag issues early.
Bring options, not surprises
About you
Proven venue, hotel or large pub management experience
A solid grip on labour and COGS.
You can read a week and act on it
Calm floor presence and high standards
Current RSA
Full time role
