Senior Program Officer | Sydney

Are you an experienced Program Officer who knows what it takes to keep a complex program moving, well governed and financially on track?

We are seeking a Senior Program Officer to join a large, complex transformation program, working closely with senior leaders, program management and multiple business stakeholders.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can bring structure to complexity, manage competing priorities and ensure senior stakeholders have the information they need to make informed decisions.

A key part of the role will be owning the preparation and coordination of Steering Committee packs. You will bring together program updates, financial information, risks, issues, dependencies and key decisions into transparent, accurate and executive-ready reporting.

What we're looking for

You will have demonstrated experience in a complex program or transformation environment, with particular strength in:

- Preparing and coordinating Steering Committee packs for senior executives




- Financial management, budgeting, forecasting and cost control within a program environment
- Program reporting, governance and performance tracking
- Managing risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and actions
- Coordinating multiple workstreams, stakeholders and competing priorities
- Producing accurate, high-quality documentation and reporting
- Working confidently with senior stakeholders and program leadership
- Identifying process improvements and bringing greater structure and efficiency to program operations

You will be highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable working in an environment where priorities can shift quickly.
