Care Roots is seeking an experienced NDIS Support Worker to provide 1:1 complex behaviour support in Logan, QLD. This full time/part-time/casual role requires calm, consistent, and person-centred assistance to help the participant build independence within home and community.

You will work across a 24/7 roster providing daily living support, community access, trauma-informed care and de-escalation, with accurate notes and teamwork with the support practitioner.
